Chuck first wrote Kingdom’s Edge to inspire his  children to read the Bible with renewed zeal. This captivating, expanded parable led him to write the Old Testament allegories, Kingdom’s Dawn and Kingdom’s Hope. Chuck added three more titles to the series; Kingdom’s Call, Kingdom’s Quest, and Kingdom’s Reign which were released in May of 2007.  Chuck’s current works include The Knights of Arrethtrae series.

Chuck is a former F-16 fighter pilot and currently works as an engineer for a firm designing plastic consumer products. He has a degree in electrical and electronic engineering and served eight years in the United States Air Force. Chuck and his wife have six children.

It is Chuck’s desire to serve the Lord through his work and to inspire people of all ages to study the scriptures in order to discover the hope and love of a truly majestic King and His Son.

 

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER – Jess Stainbrookjess_white3

Mission: To be actively involved in impacting the world for Christ by seeking positive change in the way the institutions of education, media, entertainment and government influence our culture.

Jess has been shooting and directing films all over the world since he started his first creative agency while still in college at Temple University in Philadelphia. Jess’ has eight Emmy Awards and his producer/director credits include many well known projects such as the NFL Super Bowl program Faith, Family and Football with Tony Dungy and Sold Out on Super Sunday with Roman Gabriel III, America’s Soul Live, the singer/songwriter music show on PBS hosted by Jon Chandler, and numerous other programs that have aired on the NFL Network, Fox Sports, Discovery Channel, A&E, MTV, NBC, and many networks!

Jess is know for creating passionate visual stories, and led all the creative and business efforts as Executive Producer for Seven Days in Utopia, the inspirational major motion picture featuring Academy Award winners Robert Duvall and Melissa Leo.  The movie was winner of Movieguide®’s 10 Best Mature Audience Movies and the 2012 Templeton Foundation Epiphany Prize Nominee for Most Inspirational Movie of the year.

In 2013, Jess served as one of the exclusive advisors on The Bible Series by Mark Burnett (producer of Survivor) and Roma Downey (Touched By An Angel) which aired on the History Channel to over 27 million viewers.  Jess has partnered with Scripture Union International, American Bible Society, YouVersion and other ministries helping move them into this digital age for bible engagement by providing high-quality, high-impact media projects for them to be engaged in for outreach.

Jess is on the front edge of the movement in Hollywood by visual storytellers and filmmakers to bring “quality,” organic-based faith and inspriational movies to the big screen.    Jess is currently working on a few other large-scale movie projects that he hopes will continue to meet his mission and call in this industry.  “Jesus wasn’t a theologian,” says Jess, “He was God telling stories to move people to know the truth!”  In reading John 14:12, Jess exudes excitement, “God tells us ‘Whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.’” “Wow!” says Jess. “We can do MORE than Jesus because we believe in Him and follow his call to do this movie project! And today we have all of this technology and other digital resources to reach everyone on the planet! The Kingdom Series is the perfect BIG movie project to do that!”

Since he first arrived in Hollywood nearly 15 years ago, Matthew Dean Russell has worked with some of the most influential studios and actors in the movie industry.  From 20th Century Fox to Paramount Pictures, Universal and New Line Cinema, Matt built his early career on box office blockbusters.  Cutting his teeth as a visual effects (VFX) specialist and actor’s director, Matt’s early work included such films as Die Hard 4, Night at the Museum, Charlotte’s Web, Final Destination 3, Zathura and Blade Trinity. 

Matt’s feature film directorial debut came in 2011 as he directed Academy Award winning actors Robert Duval and Melissa Leo in Seven Days in Utopia, an inspirational movie that won Movieguide’s top ten family movies and the 2012 Templeton Foundation’s Epiphany Award nomination for most inspirational movie of the year!  Most recently Matt served as the Creative Producer for The Identical, mentoring a new director and starring Hollywood A-listers Ray Liotta, Ashley Judd and Seth Green.  Keep an eye on Matt’s IMBD page as he continues to lead the way for innovative faith projects.
